I'm not a streamer, just a viewer, I've been trying to fund my account using credit card, but nothing works! I contacted support several times on this but they don't resolve it, just give me general guidelines. I then tried to fund it using epoch, and it went successfully, but then all of a sudden they banned my account again. I then tried funding it with crypto, and funding was success, but then they banned me again!

I don't understand, like what did i do wrong here? I used the payment method they provided, and each time they ban me i try to ask why, they just tell me you violated our terms! What's the violation here?

It used to be much smoother to fund one account, now its just a nightmare!

PLEASE help, any suggestions or idea what might be the problem?

My current username is slvrfox911, which I created recently to try and contact them, but I got two other usernames that got banned!
I appreciate you assistance on this. If you could please clarify from them what I'm suppose to do to get my account funded.
Just so you know, I use VPN as CB is banned in my region.

You do realize this answers your question lol. If it's banned in your region, they're not just going to make some exception for you.

It was always banned in my region, but we use VPN to access it for years! Why now all of a sudden the VPN became a problem?
Beside, if you read my post above, you'll know that I did fund my account using crypto successfully, but after a while i got banned without even explaining a reason!
I think they should at least clarify what's the reason behind the ban so a user can avoid it, not making it vague like that!

Hi @blackrock911 Support has confirmed that they have received your email and is currently being looked into. We appreciate your patience. Support will get back to you as soon as possible.
Just look what happened, they banned me again! This time I haven't even tried to fund my account :( Like seriously what's going on with them?
Their email response stating "serious violation" but no mention of the violation! I only asked them how can I fund my account via crypto, since no credit card was acceptable to them, without getting banned, I haven't even tried it this time on this account, and they just banned me! Please help get clarification, like what's the violation here?

BTW, I used to have an account by the username: blackrock911, I used to be one of the highest spenders, funded my account always using the same credit card, without any issue. But I deleted it one year ago! Could that have something to do with it?

I have confirmed that the support team has responded to your inquiry. Ticket #24173215
Since you have direct contact with them, can you please ask them what's the violation so I can avoid it? I don't know what I did, like the last account I didn't even fund my account and got banned straightaway!

Bans/suspensions follow the person/identification... not the account. Each and every new account you create will be banned once identified.
How can I avoid that? Even with VPN they still ban me. Beside, I still don't even know why they banned me in the first place

By your repeated comments "banned again" above, I'm counting 4-5 account bans that have happened. Is each one of these bans on different/new accounts or have you had bans that were eventually lifted and re-banned?

I'll get to the likely ban reason below.

Now you mentioned "banned again". What is this the 6th ban? If they are new accounts here's the reason for the ban from their email to you...
This ban is not eligible for reconsideration. Any accounts accessed in violation of this permanent ban will be subject to termination without warning and
all associated amounts deemed forfeit.

That's the reason for each new account ban! Until you get your very first account ban straightened out, every time you try to create a new account, that is a TOS violation. And any funds you add by trying to create these new accounts you keep creating, they will keep the funds because, again, by trying to create new accounts, you are in violation.

You cannot avoid it at this point. YOU are banned. Your only hope is to go back to whatever account was the first one to get banned and get that account's ban lifted. You mentioned "banned again" so many times that we all have lost track of how many accounts you have had banned.
They have your name, cards, crypto wallet, etc. they are going to be able to tie any new accounts back to YOU and that account will be banned which will pile another TOS violation onto the other ones you already have.
Whatever account was the first to be banned, you need to focus on just that one and STOP creating new accounts. If you can't get the very first banned account reinstated, you are done!
That's what they mean by "permanent ban".
If you can't get the original ban lifted and they say "permanent ban" you will need to find a new site to visit

I see now. This explains it all. Ok, I think so far I've had like 5 accounts so far.
How do I start? Do I just write them an email regarding the first account that got banned? I'm not even sure how to write it to them, each time i do they send me the same "general" violations email without specifics.

I'd appreciate it if you can tell me the way.

(ALSO as i mentioned above, my previous old account which i deleted a year ago, used the same credit card, is this could be red flag to them I guess).

I don't know, man... It's all so confusing.
  • On your very first account ban, was it an account that you had been using and funding ok but it just banned you after trying to fund again?
  • Was it the first account you set up after deleting your "blackrock911" and was it banned on the first attempt to fund it?
  • Was "blackrock911" ever banned or it was a perfect account, in good standing that you had no issue funding? What was your reason for deleting it?
I'm just trying to make sense of all that to even offer a suggestion. Feels like something is missing or something is misunderstood.

btw: Chaturbate may tell some people the rule they broke and were banned for, maybe not. A lot of times "TOS Violation" is all they'll say and that's that.

And this is ONLY from a user, not a model, but I've been here a while and seen lots of those emails

To clarify and answer your questions:
The first account I got banned was the one I opened after I deleted blackrock911 (one year ago).
This new account I attempted to fund it using the same credit card I used when I had blackrock911, but the payment got rejected.
I then tried to fund it using another option provided by CB, Epoch, payment went ok and I got the tokens.
Few hours later, the account got banned without providing clear reason. Then tried opening several account, trying to fund each with a different method, but no success.
My old account blackrock911 never got banned at all, I deleted it when I felt it was a bit of a distraction.

That's why I was confused, when I had blackrock911 it was alright, never had issues with payment, I suspect that they saw I was using the same credit card as the one I used with the deleted
account and hence considered it suspicious or violation.

That's the account you need to fix.

Any accounts after that second one will automatically get banned/suspended once identity verified to a person which holds a previously banned/suspended account.

Apparently, this ban isn't eligible for consideration. Problem is they won't even explain to me what's the violation or how I can avoid it.
@punker barbie , can you please help unban my first account? If I can unban (blackfox911) which is the first account I opened after I deleted my old account a year ago, this whole thing will be resolved.
