Account banned without broadcasting

I made it today, my documents had accepted, but without any broadcast within 1 minute my account get banned, i don’t know why, plz help me

Have you ever worked on the platform prior using another account, and if so, that account is banned... means YOU are banned from the platform. You will have to resolve any outstanding issues on that previous account in order to continue broadcasting on their platform.

I had, but i delete that account, that never banned

Did you work under a studio before? Perhaps they're using your identification for other models that were in turn banned.
