But i agree with what you are saying , Chaturbate always did have a poor record in explaining bans and It sucks they didn't give you your final pay. How many token was it?
Also the issue is not just Philippines models, its pretty much everyone they treat like this. Support is always like that they don't care to explain just give cutnpaste reply or ignored you.

what rule did they allege you violated? if they're not giving you your payout, it must be a doozy
there should be no need for 'sympathy' if you didn't actually violate their terms. 'justice for chaturbate models' is in removing cammers who don't deserve to compete with models because they're violating the rules.
ugh. one of the rooms I follow as a hate-watch. she's the fake receptionist who never shows the tip toys she claims to use and never responds to. pretty sure she has the room set up to silence everyone who hasn't tipped her that day ... that'll keep down on the 'this is bullshit' comments.
Sadly yes they banned me w/o any valid reasons...and they dont even warning me about me, YES 5 years i was working there, and I lost 13,000tokens, they dont paid me until now, its been 6months i still fight for it!

well that seems fair -- when a passport expires a person often regresses to an infantile stage of development and may become a child pornstar until they spend $100-200 on a new passport to restore their maturity.

Just joining the discussion as I too was terminated last night.
The most annoying thing is the no reason given and CB have only 'reasons to belieive' and 'suspected violation' - I emailed for the reasons and just got this back:

There is something horrible about that - you use the site to make money, wake up next day and boom - a ban and shock of that, add in the slow reply time by Chaturbate.
Isn't the better approach to email you up front explaining pending ban unless x, y, z happens?
For me I am annoyed that I was allowed to break the rules without being contacted first of all as I might have done something I would have stopped sooner to keep me on the site.
Most of all the CB site behaves like one big cruel pimp - happy for you to work away and then boom, bye bye - they seem to forget in Chaturbate Towers that broadcasters get used to money coming in and rely on it, to then strike you off out of the blue can leave us webcam broadcasters short of money that we had planned for. It's a bit twisted the way they operate.

If you want to be a decent site, yes, that's the best approach. But Chaturbate isn't interested in being decent.
That is desperate. I know of others I wont name names who have got into discussions with CB after a ban and got it lifted, for them they broke the rules again and received a ban which is silly after being given another chance. But at least they found out why - one reason given was for not showing face ever. Fair enough. But for me - well I just dont know.

The ban didn't come as a result of what I did broadcasting which is what threw me off, but from what I did in other rooms, joking about but it bloody well backfired on me!

Well I guess it could be viewed as trolling but it wasn't rude or anything it was just silly of me.
However you know on balance I felt I contributed to the site and have made a number of friends there with the broadcasters and customers so on the whole I believe there are more positives going for me than those negatives.
With me being a broadcaster there and acting generally responsible with that odd lapse I feel it should have merited a "do that once more and you're definitely out" rather than a ban.
Maybe CB will reconsider #tumbleweed

most people who get banned ...or sent to jail... have a dozen positives and just one really really really bad negative.
But they committed crimes very serious social no nos, mine wasn't a crime, just a silly breaking of CB rules, which I never thought would lead to this. Plus in the UK when people's convictions are spent they can assume normal duties, they aren't always banned or criminalised for ever. A ban is a ban forever for me
I think a ban for a month would be suitable punishment for me - if I'm honest. That would ensure a loss of income and lead to me coming back a much more responsible person, learning the errors of my ways. And I would return much more familiar with CB rules and terms

it was for 1000 and it was for a bit of a joke - it was clearly fake and obviously never had any ching sound to it. No demands were made of the models or deception from it just for fun. Most laughed but some obviously the ones who thought they were well worthy of 1000 token lumps and felt it was their right to get this, got instead pissed off - and reported me.
It was done in the spirit of banter and as the Irish would say 'craic' for amusement but obviously the long term professional cammers weary of camming found it not so funny.

True - there was no misleading or deception though I never said here show me this here is 1000 tokens.
OK - what I did was a nuisance to some who reported me, but was it a bigger nuisance than what the 'greys' come off with or do constantly? In my room I don't let them speak and if anyone annoys me they just get kicked out of the room, I dont try and ban them from the service for good.
Clearly I thought the Fake 1000 was funny, never meant for it to be a nuisance.
