Account banned chaturbate

hello @punker barbie i let you here my problem hopping for some help
I am a model from Chaturbate ,my nickname is JenniferLeee . 2 days ago i had a private with a good friend/member and i showed him a picture from the phone and i got banned my account for that . I want to say that wasnt a sexual private , was talking with him what is new in my life and showed him a picture and bam Banned .The support isnt helpfull, they dont answer to my mails ,and i sent them so many... I had already converted some tokens from the last perriod and in account i had in that moment few tokens ! I would like to receve some help to recover my account becouse i liked to work on Chaturbate , or in the worst situation i d like to receve the money that i worked for . Arent a small amount . And the situation is not that bad , i mean i didnt made a fraud or something ....just showing a picture in a private with a friend. Please help me !

@punker barbie sorry again for bothering you but i wanted to say that i know that was my bad but in same time i admit it and i want to say that from now on i know the rulesand i will respect it for sure , never will happen again . For 4 years i worked in a studio and now working from home was a bit hard for me ! but i work very hard for my money that s why i am so sad ! please i will be very thanksfull if will receve a chance and a hand of help . @punker barbie I am very very sorry to bother you again but i still didnt got news from support and my members are asking for me , is very sad when i say them that the problem isnt solved are guys waiting with tokens on account , please help me i promise that Chaturbate will not regret having me back , i will never dissapoint anymore ! PLEASE I begg this with all the honestly and will prove all what i am saying .

@punker barbie I am new to this site sorry if this is not where I should post. My account was banned 4 days ago and it is my only income for my family of 5. I really need some assistance fast. I read the terms amd swear to never violate them again. If I read them better I would not in the first place. Please help me resolve this.
