Hello, my name on CB is s2leonardos222 On a normal night I was very happy on chaturbate having fun and working as a moderator just like other times So I did the age verification, submitted the documents as the site requires and took a photo as the site requires too, after that I continued my night as normal and got a ban message. I firmly believe that I did nothing wrong, and sending the documents and receiving a ban was very coincidental, I am 20 years old and have no age issues, send I sent a message to support and got no response, it's been 3 days, I need help

Did you perhaps create your CB account before you turned 18? If you did there is your answer, and you told them by age verifying.

SYes, they responded today, but I wanted to be able to prove to them that my account was created 1 year ago and that I was 19 years old, how do I do this?
Do you still have the email from when you created your account? You could maybe forward that to them with a copy of your ID, and an explanation.

There is no guarantee they will respond or unban you though. Typically once they have banned an account for anything to do with underage people, they won't respond.

Excuse me, am I understanding correctly? Are you talking about proving to support that you made the account in 2023?

Com licença, entendi corretamente? Você está falando sobre provar para sustentar que fez a conta em 2023?
Yes, I am I was banned for the same reason and I had actually created an account when I was a minor, but this account that was recently banned I created when I was 19 years old,I remember when I got banned and had to make a new account

There is a small possibility that the email I logged into this account (s2leonardos222) is an account that was logged into another banned account. Would that have any influence? I checked the email a long time ago but only now with the photo of the ID did they ban me

This is why they banned your new account.

You broke the TOS on the original account, so the new account you made was banned.

YOU are banned. As a person. Not just the original account.

But as a person, I have the right to have a new account. Isn't that right? And now I'm 20 years old, the same email can be used

I'm a little confused by the translation.Did you actually create an account while underage, or is this what support wrote to you as the supposed reason for the block?
You can check this by sending a password recovery request and checking if there is another name linked to your email.

I've looked a lot for this email, but I can't find it...

Given that context, there is no chance they will let you back, ever.

You really did have an account on their site while still a minor. They were able to link it to your current account, and figure out that you broke one of their major rules (and broke the law too).

That's a permanent ban. No forgiveness. It doesn't matter that you are of age now. You won't be allowed back.

How can this be proven at all?
I'm talking about technical issues.
Let's say (just for example). He actually creates an account when he's 17, for example. But he doesn’t confirm this with documents, which is naturally impossible to do. How can you prove that Old/other account belongs to you, even if it is linked to your mailbox.?
I remember (I think it's prohibited now) when many models could be registered under one email address. This was a relatively normal practice when you worked in a studio, but if you wanted to leave, your own account could be "sold" to you. When I learned how many successful models bought out their accounts, I was shocked. Although, in fact, they could have simply changed their email address or contacted support. But at the same time, there could be 10-20 accounts on one email. But if one of them was blocked for violation, the rest worked as usual.
So I'm wondering how this can actually be proven? Or is it still a psychological move? When the accusations are based on assumptions, but using the "policy of silence" you are forced to justify yourself?

To cover their own back, I'm sure chaturbate would rather ban someone they suspect to be underage(whether proven or not), than to allow them to continue streaming because they aren't quite sure.

They reserved the right to ban you for any reason or no reason at all (and you agreed to it when you clicked "accept" on their terms). You also agreed not to make an account while underage...

But I'm not chaturbate, so discussing it with me won't really get you anywhere. I'd say "take it up with them" but it seems like they are set on not responding to you anymore. There really isn't anything that can be done about it now. Might be time to move on.
