so email support and wait 3-7 days for a reply would be a good start. Dont count holidays & weekends

Good afternoon. The support team has been ignoring me for 3 weeks! I was asked to write to me in a second letter, which I did (I explained that I do not have thoughts about harming myself and have never thought about it, and I have my own personal psychologist, and I have been in consultation with a psychiatrist, and I am completely healthy and have no bad thoughts, but the support service did not respond to the repeated message for more than 8 days).
My broadcast never came back to me. I had to write to support for the third time, and while I'm waiting for an answer....

Without knowing their exact response; Protective suspensions typically last a few (3) months or more at a minimum.
