Actually she doesn't. It is not her right, it is up to MFC. MFC being a private entity has no obligation to allow her free speech. If they decide her shows are offensive or costing them business, they can shut her down anytime they like.
I'm not a Constitutional Scholar or a lawyer, but I believe you are wrong on this point. Entertainers have long had 1st Amendment protection, and there are many court precedents to support this right. Same goes for pornography, even though MFC is not a "porn site" This information is readily available on the net, so I won't link any examples. We have Lenny Bruce, George Carlin, and Larry Flynt (among many others) to thank for this.
I highly doubt it would get this far. If a camgirl is not breaking any listed "rules", and is making money for the site, it is very unlikely MFC would do anything. If MFC did suspend/ban the camgirl, she could easily go to another site (or create her own). She could also "go public", claim censorship and hit the talk show circuit, etc. and find that she would be more in demand than ever...all without having to throw this into the judicial system
Of course, this is all hypothetical. She's currently ranked #2, and will most likely end up in the top 5. MFC is not interested in making less money, and we all know that controversy sells :twocents-02cents:
**Note: All this 1st Amendment talk would only pertain to a US based model.
