If it was a vid of me, I'd wanna know. I just wouldn't want the guy blurting it out in public chat in front of everyone...tell me via PM or MFC Mail.

Why is this getting unpleasant? He hasn't named anyone. He's asked for advice. He's has had helpful advice from most. Best left now maybe?

Um...excuse you? Why are you quoting me, of all people? I didn't say anything mean to the OP, so I think you need to relax. I said that if it was me in that situation, I'd want the guy to tell me about the video privately instead of in public chat. There was nothing unpleasant about my comment, so you're actually taking your butthurtedness out on the wrong person. Reading comprehension...get some.....

Actually the only person who has gotten unpleasant is the OP. I'm not sure what about what you quoted was unpleasant.

I think its aimed at everyone.

Posting links to a models pirated videos in public chat (or any other news that may upset her) is generally a bad idea. Best wait til she's not on cam and send her an MFC mail so its in private.

Not sure where the unpleasantness is, thats just good advice

I would recommend to all models to have a watermark/text on their cam at all times. For example modelname@myfreecams

Make sure that the text is readable of course and isnt too small, because if you make it too small and put it say down the bottom, the recorder could just crop
the text from the bottom of the video.
and if a website or member complains or tells you it isnt allowed, i would not hesitate to tell them to stfu :lol:

This obviously wont help much with preventing the recordings, but it will help MFC with the DMCA takedown requests,
because it is easier to prove it is their content that was recorded whenever the models name and/or myfreecams is visible throughout the recording.

You will find that most recordings are of models doing shows in public chat, obviously cos most recorders will just join as guest, and dont want to pay to go group or PVT.
Also i dont know if models can go back and check who entered their group show or PVT :/

I'm surprised that MFC and other cam websites, haven't gotten google to remove some of the websites that i have found, from their search results. I've found a particular website that is just dedicated to auto-recording models, and i'm near sure Google would not hesitate to remove it if MFC would ask them to.

I find that people cap the weirdest things. Most of the recordings I have found of myself have been of me just sititng and hanging out in public chat. No cum shows. I've never found a recording of my groups or privates, although I'm sure they are out there. And yes, we can go back and check who entered our groups and private shows.
