2 accounts banned/ban accounts after purchases & keep tokens

Hello @punker barbie ! Thank you for taking the time out your day to help me and to support the people here! I am very new here, actually a referral brought me here and I was told that I may be able to have better experienced assistance here. Could you please assist me? My CB usernames are (mittenbmb0y/this one has a zero in b0y) and (mittenbmboy/this one has the letter o in boy) and my (mittenbmb0y) account was banned on May 21st a week ago for being put in protective suspension because of self-harm concerns from the site, now it has been a week and I have already emailed the chaturbate support, however, I haven't heard any response from them yet about neither account. I emailed them and told them that I am in good condition and now I realise how serious what I said was, but I would never actually self harm myself and I've been a very well active loyal paying user in the chaturbate community for a few years now!

My other account (mittenbmboy) has been banned for a year with no reply and no explanation as of why I was banned on that account, and I just made a new request to them on the same day I did for my other account. I have sent an email to support with the details of my cases and my account informations. I appreciate your time...


I'm only a 28yo man trying to take classes to become a real estate agent. My source of income is part time at a retail store and in my free time I really enjoy it here on chaturbate, I was thinking of becoming a broadcaster for a second source of income. I just want to know can my suspension be lifted and can someone take a look into why my other account that hasn't been looked at for over an year, please and thank you very much! Also, I don't know why or what the reason is, but everytime I make a account and purchase tokens they ban me, take my money, and keep my tokens, they just did it to a temporary account of mine I made a few days ago but they refunded my money and left my account banned, and I tried to make another temporary account but they did the same thing and this was just 2 days ago, and they still have my money and tokens. So I'm just waiting on a reply or some explanations as of why they're doing all of this to me when they should've been unbanned my account from a year ago.

Hi, @punker barbie thank you so much! I really appreciate your help very much, I'm very happy I was referred here! That account wasn't replied to for a year and they just emailed me today, but they say I had 5 chargebacks and that was the reason. I was wondering why my tokens were negative, I don't remember doing any chargebacks. So I just emailed them today stating that, if they could look into seeing about giving me my tokens back, because I had to have been hacked or some false information or something, I have never did any chargebacks without consulting first, so anytime I've ever asked for my money back from chaturbate, it's always emailed to them specifically through my emails and the support can look up everytime I had a refund and how it was made.

So again thanks you are very helpful, now I am just waiting two things from them now, and that's to finally reply to lift this protective suspension off of and open back up my main account (mittenbmb0y/with zero in b0y) I've been using this account every since that 1 year banned account happened, and I am a purple on this current one now. I am also waiting for them to reply back to me about this temporary account (ciciboo_myboo_mitten) I made and purchased tokens on but was banned and they took my money and kept my tokens, so I just want my money back. If you could help me with my two other accounts, my money, and my tokens issues, whenever you find time that would be very helpful, please and thank you very much!

Chaturbate bans people not accounts. Any account you create that can be linked to you will be banned until the original bans are lifted. Trying to get around a ban my creating new accounts is against CB's Terms of Service. You should stop doing that.

Oh ok! So now I understand why they ban me every time I would purchase tokens! Ok so, so I understand that, but I just received my old account back from being banned for a year ago but my current account I've been using is still banned for protective suspension. As I am still waiting on my current account because I am a purple on that one, I am on the old one I've just was given back but it works perfectly still for me to join rooms and everything else so on, and so on, the only problems so far are, I need them to check in on my tokens they took away on it and now everytime I join a broadcasters room and either I message something in the public chat or even if they message me in the private chat, it doesn't matter where no one can see my messages anywhere. I am guessing it is probably because my other account is still banned or probably not but I don't know why but definitely would like to know if you or anyone else has any idea or information on why it is happening please! Also wanted to thank you so very much on your input @Slapstick !

Yes @punker barbie like I said l am very new here and don't know what I am supposed to do or say but they've finished Ticket #23441725.

It's just the issue with the tokens about that account case still and now people can't even see my messages in the PMS or public chats.

I am wondering if it's because of my current account (mittenbmb0y) I'm still waiting on to get off ban and protective suspension. Also I am waiting on my temporary account (ciciboo_myboo_mitten) that was banned when I purchased tokens, I'm waiting on them to just refund me money please!
