    Hearing your viewers changed noticeably when using Ethernet is giving me hope. I will definitely give it a try then. And I didn’t realize I can change the CB server on OBS so I will experiment w that too. Thanks so much!

    That’s a good idea I’m not sure why I haven’t checked my own stream lol. A couple people have said it’s “fine” even when my FPS was hovering between 0 and 4 for the whole night. I’ll give that a try. Thanks!

    I moved to a new area and I went from minimum ~500 viewers (often >1000) to reaching a max of like maybe 100 viewers on a good night. Often I will only have existing followers enter my room. It’s like I’m not discoverable on CB anymore. There was one day where I wouldn’t get more than 5 viewers...

    Oh no sorry! I told them exactly what I said here and attached screenshots. And then clarified each time they sent me an irrelevant automated reply. But to be honest I didn’t make any progress until I posted here… I probably emailed them a dozen times. But as soon as I posted here the problem...

    I get so many unregistered users and my streams always gets posted to other sites so I’d like to take advantage of that by trying to refer new users. Is it OK to use my own domain (for example lovelace222 dot com) to redirect users to my affiliate sign up page? And then have that website url...

    I changed my email associated w my CB account because I was no longer able to access my original email address. My new email address is verified and I confirmed this with support. Every time I try to update my info for ACH payments, CB sends a verification # to my old email address. Despite me...
