They're not going to speak to you because it's none of your business. Imagine a friend of yours got a parking ticket. Are you going to email the council with evidence that your friend told you about it and expect to have any input? It's none of your business in the first place and it's none of your business how they are handling it, even if you don't agree with how they are doing so.
You're just an unconnected passer-by, waving in the window.

Again as I CLEARLY stated IDGAF if they speak to me about it. I know they will not obviously if you read my posts in the thread. My idea is that it doesn't hurt any to send them a message.

And it's wasting the Support team's time too, when they could/should be dealing with contact from broadcasters trying to resolve their own situation.

Obviously some are not so up to speed because their decisions do get reversed as evident on this forum.Your time is your own to waste

Yeah, that sucks. I remember a woman on Facebook posted that she’d been suspended for “spam” because she’d posted one too many “Thank you” replies to people who’d wished her a happy birthday on her FB timeline.

Does it say you're permanently banned or suspended for X days?
Weird to be banned permanently for just spam, especially if you have been doing it as a knight for the model for 2 years, and something like this should at least warrant a warning to say "hey don't spam too much"

like i said above, spam is a huge issue on camsites. which probably is the reason why there isn't a warning since the spambots ignore them. i used to get targeted with spam frequently when i was top row model on streamate. it's such a pain in the ass to deal with because those sneaky fucks would post and instantly leave before i could ban or properly report them. would have to report their accounts manually which can take up to 24-48 hours. it can be quite disruptive to the models. i understand the no-tolerance attitude to spam.
i have no idea if SC handles the spam reports with AI or with a person. but if OP is typing the same phrase over and over it's quite possible that it appeared as spam to whoever or whatever was handling the report.

ya your ban was warranted for spam. if models cannot post their offsite eggs, you cannot as well. hopefully the model didnt get in trouble too.
