Hi Shirley, I've emailed you and Support (cases 2283099 and 2253575) about a models banned status (at her request). She's blocked from account access and unable to redeem tokens earned since 4/16. Consequently I've requested a refund of the tokens tipped to her. Although 5 of 7 emails sent today were blocked, I received a usable case # (2307613) for tracking purposes. Your assistance is appreciated.
