  Hi,

  I have been broadcasting for one week then I stopped for 2 weeks. I have exchanged my tokens before the end of April. After a day I received a warning in my acc that all persons in my room must be age verified but nobody else was in the room and I was already verified. I got in my CB acc today and I have seen that my ID is now rejected. Can you help?

  My CB name is Pollybaby. I converted my tokens to cash on April 30. I have direct deposit and normally my payment comes within 3-4 days. Its been past the 7 days that CB says payments get deposited into accounts. I'm wondering if this is a normal thing that it could take longer than 7 days or if there is a problem with my account? Not sure if I should just be patient and wait it out longer or contact support?

I've been camming 4 months with 850 fans and know I've kept all the rules! That same night the Microsoft account team alerted me to unusual activity - could I have been hacked?   My chaturbate.com account was banned recently and now the tokens in my account are being held hostage. I e-mailed support and they responded that I have to do an age verification to unblock my account. I feel that I didn't have to do this verification to buy tokens and I shouldn't have to do one to unblock my account, especially if I'm NOT a performer. I'd appreciate it if you can help me out.

  Daily payouts are still not going through and I'm wondering why? Cashed out Monday on daily payout it is Thursday 2:30am and no payout. Could it take longer?
