    Hi Shirley, I sent you an email regarding my account being hacked/phished not even 24 hours after my spending limit form got accepted. I emailed Customer Support on the 29th when it happened, got up to confirming the last 4 of the card I used to purchase tokens, and never heard back since then. I cannot reset my password either as someone changed my email address. My username is aspvptyler

    Hey Shirley, If a guy comes into a models room every other day with a different username tips 25 tokens asking the model something that could get her a warning from CB, but he down votes her after she says no to his request.. is there anything that model can do to try and stop this?

    Hey there yesterday my card was declined from adding tokens today i messaged EPOCH - the way i was adding tokens - and they said that it wasnt allowed to make purchases due to fraud or something along these lines im very confused about it haha if you could help that would be great!

    My account was suddenly banned tonight after my broadcast. I have no reason why this would happen. I have been on chaturbate for a month and a half and this is the first issue I have had. I believe that I follow all the rules at all times. This is a mystery to me. My account name is lorna_garcia.

    my account has been blocked unfortunately. I have not done anything to break any rules or so but I could guess it is due to quite a bit of traveling as I sign in from different locations but am not sure.     My account´s name is count_of_count_ger and I I got 18 some weeks ago (yay).
    Well for a reason I cannot explain myself, I´ve got banned. I contacted the support but I only got bot-messages. :(
    I created a new account but all my age-verifications are not accepted... (Duplicated ID or some other things that are just not true)

    She got him out as quickly as she could, but the incident got noticed by Chaturbate.
    Any help would be greatly appreciated!
    We're making sure the door is locked or blocked so NO ONE can get into our broadcast room again.

    Hi Shirley.My account was banned for underage suspicion (account name "yumihearts"). I submitted all my documents again, but no result. Today, I found out that a studio where I was supposed to work is artificially banning me. They told me: it is us who are banning you and we will not let you work unless you work for us. Also, I will not be able to work on CB as the studio people will keep banning me.Best.Yumihearts

    Thank you for posting. If you are trying to transfer from Paxum to your bank account, you will need to contact Paxum for information on how to do that. If you want to change your payment method with Chaturbate to wire transfer, then email Support@Chaturbate.com. Please note that there is a $500 minimum payout required to receive wire transfers for your country.

    Dear Shirley, may you please help me, one of my accounts: Halsey18 has been banned with no reason. I know that I haven't done anything against TOS, and they say it was due to Suspected violation of them. However no specific reason, what happened is that someone else appeared on cam before.

    Shirley, I regret all what i said and made here on this forum, only you have independent point of view which can help me to resolve this technical issue. Please.

    I didn't want to make any post here about ID and i regret that i made it but Please take a look at my situation from my point of view.
    I'm single model on Chaturbate and i don't have anybody who can protect me and find solution of this issue instead of me.

    On Jan 4 i got the message from Support that i need to upload another ID because my face doesnt match the photo in ID.
    *My account wasn't banned*

    I made a mistake and uploaded the same ID, even when i was able to provide another ID - International Passport.

    After this mistake my account got a ban and Support no more longer assist me.

    My account is still able to upload photos for age verification and there're already uploaded new photos with my another ID - International Passport, please compare both of my IDs and make sure i'm the owner of both of them.

    Hi, I have transferred my tokens to cash. I do not have a payment method set up and as I don't live in the US I am still deciding what the best payment method is to get my funds.
    My profile now says I have 0 tokens and have transferred it to cash. What will happen to this as I dont have the payment method set up there is no way for chaturbate to send these funds anywhere?
    My chaturbate account is bonnienoire.

    Thank you for posting. If you convert tokens without a payment method on file they remain in your account until you provide Cb with your preferred payment method. While it may show 0 tokens, they have not disappeared. They are awaiting the information on where to send them. :)
