Yet another banned account

Account got banned early September, instantly put in a ticket but never received an acknowledgement mail. So on 24th of September i put in another ticket about this and got the acknowledgement mail ! Sadly up to this date i have not received any other updates on the matter.

The reason i got banned was because me and a streamer were talking about our childhood and we mentioned ages below 18 ... She got banned first and i got banned a few minutes later. She got her account back about a week and a few days later, i have not received any updates or replies yet (even checking spam folder).

If anyone could help, it would be greatly appreciated.

I think that is the response to a ticket fom a second account "littlestblinker". (on 10 September)
the response was:
"Thank you for contacting support. However, our records show your account, littlestblinker is linked to a previous account, littleblinker, with an outstanding violation. Please contact us from the email address associated with your other account so we may resolve this issue. Recently, we were alerted you may be seeking or discussing activity in serious violation of the Chaturbate Terms, including, underage content. After reviewing this matter, in accordance with our zero-tolerance policy with respect to the abuse of minors, your account was terminated and you were permanently banned. Your account shows you have a token balance of *** tokens. Your recent purchase in the amount of $******, representing ***** tokens, has been refunded. Any accounts accessed in violation of this permanent ban will be subject to termination without warning and all associated amounts will be deemed forfeit."

I have since contacted them with a copy of this email from my "littleblinker" email account with no succes at all. It doesn't make sense that the streamer, who got banned minutes before me, got her account unbanned a week after and mine would get permanently banned. Specially when it was her that started this trip down childhood memories. She talked about having blonde hair on her 15th, i talked about dressing up as a clown for carnaval when i was like 7 yeard old.
