Wrong Paxum address

Hello. I have an issue with my monthly payment. Ive changed an email of my Paxum address, but accidentally forgot to change an Paxum email at Chaturbate payment info. So, I've written to Paxum support, they told it ain't their problem. I ain't got any email notification from Chaturbate that they successfully sent me any money. Tho, it been 0$ on my Chaturbate balanceafter (half-)monthly payment period.

Any way possible to understand what's going on and if i get my payment? Or I've lost it.
