payouts by crypto

Hello everyone im asking about payouts by cryptocurrency on chaturbate, Support doesnt confirm my BTC address and they dont ask my emails, i have received 2 emails from them that says " crypto payment sent" yesterday 16/05/2024 and today 17/05/2024, the same message but my payment has not been received. i dont know what i can do, support dont answer any of my mails. this is so sad my addres is okay and i dont know what to do, i used that address before on chaturbate. can you help me please?

Have you checked the transaction conformation on the blockchain?

Enter your wallet address in the link above and it will show you any transactions waiting to be confirmed, if support says they have sent it request the transaction number and put that into the search bar of the same site to see where it was sent and if it has been confirmed.

ETA: The btc payout fee is around $55 at the minute, so if your payment request was less than that I am not sure if cb would deduct the payment and you just recieve 0 or if they would return it to your account, I would hope the second but I stopped using crypto when they moved to a fixed fee because $50 payment fee's on a transaction that costs $1/$2 is insane.

i hope they can send me the id transaction because i havent received anything, im awaiting for 2885 usd. i dont know why they dont answer my emails, this is so sad. blockchain says nothing, nothing on its way
