Wire payment not processing

I have transferred 77800 tokens into cash on 10th of January.

Since I have not received the payment as usual, I contacted CB support via Email and they answered the following on 24th of January:

Thank you for your patience while we reviewed this matter.
We can confirm your payout for $3845.00 was sent out today January 23rd, 2023.
Please allow 1-3 business days for delivery.

Unfortunately no payment has been transferred until today and they won't answer back on Emails since days.
Could you please help me with that?
