I started on Chaturbate a year and a half ago, I've done tease shows (most of the time) and I had good reception/money but still very few viewers still I think that CB is a great place to start tho, there isn't such thing as "camscore" and the thing with traffic is that u have to promote urself on social media, porn sites or maybe buy traffic (CB has the option) so u will boost from page 44 to maybe 5 depending on ur spendings buying traffic (camgirls told me about it, Idk for myself). But now about MFC.... I've started there like a month ago and I can say that the label "new model" is great for u to start creating a fan base, u'll have 10 hours to make as much as possible so ppl might come back when the label disappears. What I feel worried about is the goddamn camscore, although I've made tokens now I'm #730 and descending... oops!! but I think that if u create a fan base maybe on Instagram, Twitter, Pornhub, etc... people will visit u more often, funny is that I didn't know about it until about 6 months haha so, is like starting from scratch.
btw... ur appearance sometimes is not really important, I mean.. If u feel pretty and comfortable with urself, if u are smiling, confident and cool... there's no fault. Is all about connections outside/inside the site.
