Why my account dosent get video preview like my other account

One of my stripchat account gets a little preview of what a model is doing but with my other account it dosent work.

I've noticed this while hopping on the site to stream. I love this new feature, and I think its really cool to let users see what the model is doing right then instead of a static preview! Your team has done a great job with all the cool new updates. Thank you!
