Hello, my name is Tom, and I am active mostly on Nudelive.com, where I am known as Eroticon_6. I also cam on Chaturbate, although not as much. A couple of days ago, my PC locked up while I was streaming, so I quit what I was doing and went about my business doing something else. About two hours later, I got back and was able to unlock my computer. However, when I returned to my broadcast screen, there was a message I didn’t quite read, and my broadcast had ended.
I tried to broadcast again but wasn’t able to, so I messaged tech support. Somehow, I thought the problem was that they wanted me to have two-factor authentication, so I linked up my phone, but that didn’t fix it. I got an automated message reply from Chaturbate that prompted me to check my age verification. When I checked, I saw that my latest ID had been approved, but it showed me as "not ID verified," so I uploaded a new ID. Some hours later, I received an email saying my ID had been approved.
When I tried to broadcast again, it said something like "Broadcast Suspended" or similar. I went back to check my age verification, and although my ID showed as approved, it still said I was "not age verified." I contacted customer service again, but all I seem to get are automatic responses, with nobody explaining how to fix whatever went wrong.
Can anyone tell me what to do? I still have tokens in my account, and my account is working; I just can’t broadcast.
