It's not so much proper etiquette as common sense, if you have an issue with any company their official support should always be the first point of contact. How do you expect to have an issue resolved if you dont inform them there is an issue in the first place.

Hi, Gus, and welcome! On this forum we don't usually help guys "find" models. If she wants to be found, I'm sure she'll pop up on social media and/or a different cam site. Banned on Chaturbate usually means permanent. I know that if I were to get banned from a cam site with no chance of getting my account back, I would move on to a different site. Chaturbate ain't the only cam site out there...that's for sure. If you want to know whether or not she's making a return, only she can answer that question for you.
