I discovered that there are numerous people physically in the studio rooms with the cam girl. If you watch closely and listen, it is obvious. some talking, often moaning, cam girls eyes obviously moving from one to another, some sitting, some standing, and it even appears she looks at some on the floor. What is this all about? What are all these people doing in the room? Having sex? oral? masturbating? It confuses the crap out of me? Does anyone know what is going on literally in the cam girl rooms and what numerous people are doing in there watching her as she watches them?

There's multiple worksttions alongside one another. In some studios, you can see the arm of a person sitting next to them, as well as watch the models dance while the typing indicator is going and they're obvious not typing...

Think of the "operators standing by" comments on fundraisers and such. They all sit next to each other, while a manager walks around...

They're all camming in the same room. Think of a computer lab in a library, but with dildos and lingerie. That's what's going on.

Many years ago I was involved with a studio that was run by a Romie husband wife team. They were one of the 'less than official' ones and had a dozen girls on 2 shifts. The building was a defunct Gymnasium with the hardwood basketball markings. They left the floors, put up partitions, hung lighting [really harsh fluorescents] and tried to have one channel of music for the entire place. Sometimes it worked sometimes it didn't. Generally speaking there was always at least one "over achiever" working and you could hear clearly the moans, faak me baabi" and all the rest from their work spaces. All had beds and there was a semi partitioned "living room" area with couch and a desk, microwave, small fridge etc. Most of them cammed together flitting between rooms to chat or hang out. Frequently I was in 4-5 rooms as a member bc I knew them all.
Another was a converted [extra few walls] apartment where the girls also lived in their cramped camming space.
The last I dealt with was a full blown legit rented out office building type place. Private rooms w/ full shower facilities. Some very basic gym equipment, common kitchen etc. That one you could always hear the manager walking the terrazo floors in his hard heel shoes.
Both places the managers had remote screens for each room that allowed them to participate in, as well as monitor the goings on. They did their best to limit the girls from being talked into going out on their own and giving out any personal info. This is where many of the white knights got banned from.

So, i guess the short answer would be, sure there are usually others around that you can see or hear. It depends on the place.

So in one studio room there are 3 maybe 4 girls working in the same time , on many sites . When you see a girl on a bed that is pretty much all you see. One angle of that room. So there's another model on her right, other on her left, one in front and one manager who checks everything they do on computers in teamview. So in one single room can happen 4 cum shows in the same time for example, on 5 sites ( mfc, chaturbate, streamate , jasmin whatever) . That is how they usually work to cover more clients in the same time. If it's a beginner model there is usually other girl in front of her who tells her what to do or how to do it .

I don;t think there's a single "truth" about Romanian cam studios. Some seem pretty shit, others Ok and others quite good. Perhaps it's better to think about the differences between camming in Romania with elsewhere?

- it's a lot more 9 to 5 (or 10pm to 4am CET)
- way bigger focus on getting as many privates in as possible
- work multiple sites at same time (for said privates)
- sales targets
- trying to think how to put this - aggressive sales tactics e.g. sob stories, get used - with the canteen / 2am KFC run being a place for these to be shared/refined
- private chat and c2c is/can be monitored by a big hairy dude

For all the ghastly stories about depraved owners, you need to factor in - being introduced by a friend or a relative seems to be the most common route into Romanian. camming, there's a shit ton of studios to move between and being the victim of a depraved whatever sure does get dem white knight tokens flowing

It's not just Romanian. There's also studios in Russia, Ukraine, Poland and a couple of others... Some models do work through a stuiod, yet still at home. This, as I understand it, is due to it being easier to get paid through a studio than directly from cam site. Unsure why. But, seem to recall being told that once.

Poland - is where a lot of Romanian cam models say they are from. Camming is illegal in Ukraine - so very dodgy there. Russia - dunno, I guess, since the ruble fell in the toilet camming sure got more appeal.

Romanian studios - offer a place to cam and tech support e.g. women with kids or living with parents - can go into the studio to work
