That would probably violate the TOS of every camsite since it's illegal pretty much everywhere in the world. There will be a lot of crossover in terms of what you can and can't do on cam between most sites, but really you just have to carefully read through the rules of every site you cam on as some thing are permitted on some sites but not others.

Seriously, one of the most important things you have to do as a model is read the ToS. They're usually in bullet points so not hard to read or find.

This should be common sense. Mess up and you can lose what you made on the current pay period plus future earnings. There's no excuse not to know because you literally have to click that you read and agree to it prior to broadcasting. Some sites even make you agree to it every time you click broadcast.

good rule of thumb is to read any ToS or service agreements before using any companies' services. stop scrolling through and accepting. sometimes companies hide bullshit in there. like not having the option to opt-out of sharing/selling your data.

Don't even engage with users when they bring up something suspect. Just say "no" and if they push it silence/ban them. If you engage even a little bit and type the wrong word you could get flagged for breaking the TOS yourself regardless of the context.

But they have to be very careful and not launch a pvt with some guy being vague in his "demands" in free and then when they are in pvt they are "trapped" because it becomes very difficult to refuse something if he says "yeah, I meant that and you said yes" afterward.. because LJ will always be on the user's side.
And true on the banning, I don't know the specifics but the one girl I talked to was very reluctant on banning people yeah, because LJ then inquire on it.

Well then no, thankfully they still are allowed to say "no I don't do that" even on LJ. =) Just that for X,Y,Z reasons some are ready to go further and it's allowed there

Chaturbate banned my account the other day without giving me a reason. Since I'm kind of a masochist I assume it was for violating this rule:

The problem is that "pain" is a massively broad term which should mean any kind of CBT, spanking or even nipple clamps aren't allowed - yet people do all those things and can still broadcast.

I wonder how much of the enforcing of rules just comes down to the tastes of individual moderators.
