mmm I want the recipe!!
Even tho you no teep for request I give you lol

Pie crust
4 cups all purpose flour
1 3/4 cup shortening - I use butter flavored Crisco
1 Tblsp sugar
2 teasp salt
1 Tblsp vinegar
1 egg
1/2 cup water

Mix flour, shortening, sugar and salt together till it fully mixed. In a smaller bowl whip the vinegar, egg, water and add it to the flour bowl. I use my hands cause I haven't found anything as good. Chill the dough like 30 mins. This makes 5 single layer pie crusts which is enough for 2 dumplings. This is a great pie crust for any sort of pie.

Apple Prep
I use Granny Smiths, they give a lil tartness and hold up well to cooking, you'll need 6 or 7 of the bigger ones. Peel and cut them into quarters, I put them in water to keep them from browning. In a zip top bag add 2 cups of sugar, 1/4 cup cinnamon and shake to mix up, set this aside.

Assembling
Divide the dough into 10 balls. Roll each out to about 10 inches around. Take between 8 - 10 apple quarters, dry them if they were in water, put them in the cin/sugar bag and shake to coat. Take them out place them in center of rolled out dough, add a pat of butter and some brown sugar, maybe a tblsp. Fold up the dough around the apples and place in a cooking sprayed cake pan, you'll want something with sides they will leak a little.

You can adjust the brown sugar, the size of the dough you roll out and the amount of apple quarters you put in each depending on taste. In a 13x9 inch cake pan I normally get 6, that gives you an idea how big I make mine. And its fine if they are touching.

Baking
Preheat oven to 350. Place rake in middle and bake for around 1 hour. They are done when the dough is golden brown.

I normally turn on the oven when I get the first one rolled out and its ready to go by the time I get the last one rolled.

OR

Skip making the pie crusts and just buy the pre-made ones =) I have done this, I had to roll them a lil thinner than they came out of the package. These make 2 tho and the rest is the same tho.
