What does pw mean??? Also, first shows..

Sorry in advance if the answer is super obvious, but I can't find the answer!

So, in my room there are premiums, guests, basics, and pws?? And also, someone MFC mailed me today and all it said was "pw is..." he said another word or username or something, but I don't want to include that in case it's something private. What the heck is pw?

Also.. I've gone on cam twice now. I was online for about 4 hours total and so far I've made about 3600 tokens and my camscore is around 1300. Am I on the right track or should I have made more by now?

First night I did 40tks/flash, and today I did that again, except this time it counted towards a to naked countdown, and I got one private. I've also heard of models rarely doing privates, but a large amount of tokens came from that so I think it's a good thing? Is there anything else I should be doing?

I'd really like to know if I'm on the right track or not. I'm afraid of losing my new model status without a good score and wallowing forever in MFC limbo.. I really want to be good at this!

I have no clue what pw means. Why don't you ask the guys that said that?

A lot of members seem to enjoy sloppy communications...shortening words, names, who knows what, and then expecting other people to know what the hell they're talking about. The entire "sentence" he said might give clues. Then again, he may have been saying complete nonsense.

Dumb question but are you sure it didn't say PM as in M instead of W? Then it would mean Private Message.
Members can view models rooms from Private Message with Webcams running. Also we can send private messages that are like mfc mail but you see them in your room (probably in a tab depending what you are using to access mfc).

Not stupid at all. Even things that seem obvious to many may stump someone else. lol I kept thinking "pw = pussy whipped" because I used to know a bunch of guys who constantly accused each other of being "pw'd" by their wives.

Might have been an accidental paste from clipboard. Every once in awhile I do that. I think i have the previous tip or something still copied in but then I paste something random like 'Their poppy seed muffins are horrible!' And I hit enter too fast to register it's the wrong thing pasted in.

To your question about privates: Personally I think as a new model privates are a really good way to earn money and make new regulars/keep the camscore up. If you enjoy doing them then why not?

The reason I don't take privates most of the time are for a few reasons:

a. I'm lazy and often can't be arsed to get my kit off and masturbate all the time.
b. I'm nervous of the minute/2 minute long privates that totally disrupt chat.
c. I make enough money from countdowns and public shows that I don't generally need to do them.
d. For me private takers often aren't high tippers. They spend their tokens in privates which I don't always do.

Reasons why I do still take them sometimes:

a. They can be bloody good money!
b. On slow days/days your regulars aren't around it's much easier to get a random to take you in a private over 1000 than to get him to tip you even 100 tokens.
c. They can be fun!

Reasons why a lot of higher camscore models never take them I assume is that their hourly rate is over 60 tokens per minute, meaning to do a private technically they would actually lose out on income and have to do a show for someone. Privates kill room count so unless the private is a decent length one if you're a model who usually earns a high amount of tokens per hour then you can actually lose out on income. For a model with a camscore around 1000 that shouldn't be an issue, though it is a good idea to get the room engaged and interested in what you're doing. It's very hard to do a shift of private after private after private, not just getting those privates but putting on the show, which is why it's important to gather regulars who are willing to tip for shows.
