If I'm looking for interaction and attention, I'll just go to the bar. *BUT*, working within the industry I have met some of the smartest, most competent, confident and ambitious girls I've never met. I guess it's somewhat of a prerequisite to be really successful in the industry, but a lot of these girls surprise me all the time.

Some of the conversations I've had, on the same calibre of discussion I'd be having with a C-level of a 100+ employee company, and to see these independent 20-something year old girls even more receptive than the C-level decision-makers would be. And then to see them doing all the due-diligence to be able to implement the talking points. Impressive is a major understatement.

It's a shame that it's "taboo" for employers, because if your average camgirl were to list out all their skillsets and responsibilities on a resume, it would be power-packed!

Yea, tell me about it. Camming is still a new industry, but watch, in the future, you will see the internet riddled with stories of how former camgirls go on to become prominent CEOs, business owners, politicos, ect.

By that time, hopefully political correctness takes a backseat to common-sense and acceptance.

When I'm tipping I look for ACF girls first, then if nobody I know/like is online, I usually search BBWs because I like checking out who else is out there, haha.

Personality is what keeps me coming back. Someone who's fun to hang out with. I can think of three models off the top of my head who I would hang out in their rooms with no need for naked time (though it is welcome). They just seem cool people.

As far as the ladies where their attractiveness is still a draw... well, half of that is personal preference. I like a lot of different body types, but have a few crossover kinks, but listing them is kinda pointless. Even if I'm mostly their to see naked times, I still like the chatty, bubbly types. Those who wear their hobbies on their sleeve and let me figure out if there's anything fun to talk about while a countdown is going on. Games help in these rooms.

To be honest, though, I am more likely to come back to a room with someone I click with in conversation. Then I'll end up tipping for "hey, cute pet!" more than anything. Or an interesting or bubbly girl who can keep the room kind of moving. Or just someone who's fun (and willing) to talk to. Granted that's pretty generic (each member will think something different is fun or interesting).

Having interesting tip options helps. I like a wheel or other things so that the different stuff can happen in the room from time to time.

Still, this is a good question. One of the things that I really am not a fan of his when you go into a busy room, and you feel like you cannot get the girl's attention. I usually crack stupid jokes, but if my input into the room isn't appreciate it, it doesn't matter how gorgeous she is or what she's wearing or not.

I look for someone that has a sense of humor. Yeah, you might be getting naked in a few minutes if you're not already, but try to have fun. Try to laugh a little bit.
