What do the different color icons mean?

I've noticed that some of the little icons next to models name that look like little people are different colors. Some are red, some are green and so on. What does it all mean?

I have wondered that too. However, I think it's just random.

I don't think the colour of the little people really mean anything (However, I could be wrong). Premium members have a little man next to their username as well. I always show up as a blue man.

There are four possible icons; two women in red shirts with different hair styles, a purple shirt, and a green shirt.

Considering the two red shirts look so similar and would not easily be told apart, I feel what they indicate may not be of great importance.

Yes I came to that conclusion, but wanted to clarify it b/c it took me a minute of thinking, 'where the hell are there tiny plp icons next to our names here at ACF?' That the question was being asked about MFC was not mentioned in the OP.
