idk tbh, but I do know that the very first movie I ever saw in theatres as a kid was Muppet Christmas Carol.

I'm kind of more of a traditionalist on this one. I like the older black and white versions. Growing up we had a 13 inch B&W tv and the ones from way back when would still be played every Christmas. So I grew up on them.

I'm split between the 1951 Alastair Sim version, and the 1938 version with Reginald Owen, and Gene & Kathleen Lockhart. I don't like musicals at all, so I never liked any of those versions.

Full 1951 movie is on youtube it seems. Probably leaning more toward this version.

And the 1938 trailer. The full movie is out there too, but it sucks for quality.

I watched the 1951 Alastair Sim version in B&W last night. I have the 1984 George C. Scott version to watch later this week. Scrooged with Bill Murray is entertaining. The 1970 Albert Finney musical was...different...

Mickey's!!! It must be because it's the one I watched most growing up.

I've been wanting to do my own spin and put on A Yule Carol play.

1938 to me just seems to be a classic. A close 2nd would be the one starring Alistair Sim. Third on my list would be Scrooged.

Oh I'm calling it right now, if you don't do that you don't have a hair on ya.
