You are absolutely right; such users are not welcome on Stripchat.
Now you can report such users in the support chat (Contact & Support link in the "footer" of the site > LiveChat icon in the lower right corner of the page > Other > Report a user) or PM me directly.
In the future, we will make the reporting system even more straightforward and more accessible.
^Stripchat is gonna have a lot of very happy models if they ever do decide to give us a permanent ban option. Then we won't have to tolerate users like this camping out in our rooms, and get rid of them instantly (I thing I already posted about this in the other SC thread, so yes, I'm posting it again).
Re: The below screenshot. I chuckled at this "administrator" clown trying to take advantage of my "new model" status and think I would fall for this scam. The odd thing was that I don't recall seeing a "Report user" option, which I found a bit unsettling. I'm not sure if the option was there, and I was supposed to click it before clicking the ban button? But I feel like I did look for one first, and didn't see it. He's banned.

Surely models should have a big "report arsehole user" button just a single (or a few) clicks away?
As a knight and even as a user, I can highlight a user in chat and a "report user" button appears; admittedly there are only 2 options as to *why* they are being reported but at least it is only one or 2 clicks.
Why do models have to go through the extra hassle of finding the support chat? Especially DURING their broadcast?
@Chloe Here is why we need a ban and kick option that doesn't include them responding to us first. I have people who have been sitting there day after day, watching for free. They have 0 tokens. They just stalk, and jerk, and don't pay. They also don't respond, because they know they can be blocked then. They enjoy freebies, and neither SC, nor I get paid.

YASSSSS THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Elmo is a main one since day 1 of me being on the site i notice him everywhere as a gray dont talk just parks all day theres plenty more
I've been keeping a list of the worst users who come back after their bans expire, so once a month I can go to their profiles, unban them, and then ban them again, thereby resetting the counter on their ban without having to see their faces again. Take that, Stripchat!
It's unfortunate I have to resort to this, not to mention odd that Stripchat refuses to implement a permban feature. It would literally take less lines of code than their current tempban system. Also consider how candidates for bans are probably never planning on spending even a single cent on SC! And how if a model tried talking about illegal content, or soliciting offsite payments, they would definitely get permbanned.
