Way to Contact Stripchat for permanently ban with Failed Appeal

I got permanently banned as a user from Stripchat and I failed the appeal to restore it.

And now I realized it looks like a technical error issue and the FAQ service said it is unavailable to cancel the ban since the appeal had not accepted.

I got a refund for the tokens but I still want to restore the ID. Or remove the whole ID is also fine so that I can re-sign up.

I don't expect only contacting to the FAQ would not work, but there might be a solution if I can contact to the direct Stripchat Email.

Please let me know if there is anyway for it.

Thanks for your advice.

I am worried if I got banned again both by technical errors or by web managers when I make the new account with different email address without removing my old ID.

Would it be fine ??
