I thought there was no way to get tokens back once tipped as they're seen as "gifts" rather than currency with which to "buy" things.

A while back i was watching a model that appeared in my Private Gallery that was quite clearly snorting white powder.
I found it rather strange that guys seemed to be tipping her whole topic amount 300 something tokens and then leaving the room.
So the next 3 guys that tipped the full amount I pm'ed them and it turned out as soon as they tipped she banned them.
Most were like ohhh MFC won't do anything it's only 300 tokens but I convinced them what you got to lose ?
I contacted admins too and said although they have tipped the tip was for a agreement to perform which was clearly broken by banning.
That account was suspended and all the guy's got their tokens back.
Soon after thats when the notification was given to models about this kind of behaviour and miss balloon boobs added (Fake) to her topic.

Surely if she was a known scammer (and such a prolific one that her scamming led to MFC having to institute a rule change for the entire site) she'd have been kicked off.

Why would they ban her? Until the rule changed, she hadn't actually broken any rules per se. It stated - the models are free to run their rooms as they wish and tips were gifts and not eligible for a refund. Or at least that's as far as I remember - it's been a while.

The information isn't on member help pages, but on the models page only.

If a model promises something in exchange for a tip, she should follow through on that promise.

Models that intentionally attempt to scam members will be penalized and removed from the website.

That was the new part.

Was she the reason it was made? Probably not, but I'm sure experiences and complaints originating from the treatment people got was a contributory factor to it. Or maybe MFC suddenly decided to alter the rules off their own bat as no-one complained

If she's personally responsible for them giving out refunds where they previously wouldn't have, that would surely count as a reason to ban her

I stand corrected on my prev post as Amber is correct.

I've tested it as well in the past, and was able to change a 5 star to a 1 star vote. It took a while to update because it looks like they cache the value for a period if time.

You can change the rating on a model as many times as you wish.

Oh, she's still doing her boobs and ban? I thought that ended within about 2 days of the rule change... if she is still doing it, then whatever! If it was all before that, then there wasn't a rule broken. They just didn't refund. They didn't refund me when I got scammed (by someone else)... just explained the donation thing

Sadly, the scams seem to become more common.

I'm not a heavy user on MFC these days. Mortgage to pay, most extra money goes into that. However, I budget myself enough to have a decent length private a month, or just random tips to the few rooms I frequent. There's been cases recently though, where I've seen the model suggest Paypal payments as "It's more beneficial to me".

Now, if you've had a few privates with tokens with someone previously, or been lurking in their room, people may be a bit more trusting. Unfortunately though, I did go down the Paypal route, trying to help as I appreciate people are mainly camming to make money. Wouldn't have done it if it was the first time, but the same thing has happened to me in that they've claimed the Paypal cash, then cleared off and are uncontactable.

I won't be going down the Paypal route again with anyone, even though I've claimed the cash back through my credit card company. Moment it's suggested to me in future though, it'll probably be the last time I visit that model's room. From now, it's tokens only.

Everything about my page is slander 1 i do not scam people i do no faceforadio bought my deal and i gave him a total of 14 skype shows but each skype show he was getting more and more violent and hurtful and i tried to deal with it but then i told him to knock it off then i did ignore him for a while and he asked me why i banned him and told me i stil owed him videos and such and he kept calling me a scammer and it was very upsetting....and so yes i did delete him but i did give him half of his money back but i kept the other half as collateral for the skype i did for him

i would like this post removed but it does insult the model i am :/ i have all the proof in the world...
