Hi @punker barbie - I hope this finds you well. First off, thank you for all that you do for the CB community. In my efforts here to rectify my issue, I am just now learning of your work. I imagine its an extremely thanksless job, so I wanted to to just say thanks for all you do!!
My (now banned) CB Account name is - StealthGuy6969
Reason for my message: My account on CB was banned this evening, and I sincerely can not think of what I could have done to trigger this. I have attached a screenshot as well. I did take immediate action to follow the provided steps - filling out the form in linked in the screenshot image promptly and respectfully. I then received an immediate auto-reply, which stated that it's an automatic response but "couldn't automatically detect my username". The auto reply concluded by stating that a customer service specialist will be in touch shortly, and advised me to respond to the email with my username for a quicker response time. I appreciatively did so right away as the instructions outlined. Lastly, I have seen many folks reference a Ticket Number for their customer service message here, but I wanted to confirm I was not granted a
I do not stream myself, but I would say I spend anywhere between 5-8 hours per day on the site actively viewing and generously tipping the models consistently. I am also frequently involved in c2c and private shows.
Last Activity Prior to Ban: I was in a room with a couple. One left for the night, and I was PM'ing with the other as she was wrapping up. I mentioned that I liked them both but REALLY enjoyed her specifically (I was very polite about the whole thing, and she totally understood & informed me that she does also stream solo - which I was excited to hear). My only guess (?) as to what could have happened, is maybe after they signed off - the other woman may have read our messages and reacted by reporting me because she fead that I had an extra desire for her partner? I genuinely can not think of anything else I may have done wrong - ever, really.
Having said all of that, if I in fact DID violate one of CB's rules - I am extremely sorry for doing so, and I would be eager for the opportunity to inform you or the folks at CB directly that whichever infraction I may have committed will NEVER happen again. My hopes with that assurance would be that they would review my account history and see what a loyal, steady, and longstanding member of the CB community that I have been and would LOVE to continue to be.
