:twocents-02cents: A lot of phones these days actually have really good cameras - mine shoots at 1080p, and in HD. I then transfer them to my computer, edit them, and then upload them. I've had a few compliments on the video quality of using my phone versus my Logitech 9000. If a model already has a phone with a decent camera and can't afford a pro camera, it's a decent option. They even make tripod attachments for holding cell phones, which makes it easier to get decent angles.
