Very Young Looking Model

Errr... I am not sure if we're supposed to post about specific models in here, but there are a couple of models on MFC who look definitely younger than 18. Has anyone else noticed these models?

I do not know what a older than 18 year old should look. Do women get wrinkles, grey hair, or something on their eighteenth birthday? Do I need to subtract for the extra day in leap years? Is teeth counting involved, I think I have seen people in old movies checking the age of horses that way I think?

Eight year olds tend to be very short, and lacking in secondary sexual characteristics. That is why young boys and girls look so much alike. They made me sit in a sex ed class explaining that when I was in school.

If you are implying you saw eight year olds working on MFC I am a bit surprised they could get past the age checks.

MFC requires models to provide identification, as do many adult business websites so it is very unlikely underage gals are on well known cam sites.

As mentioned it wouldn't hurt to email mfc, though I believe there is something on their wiki saying all models are over 18 to assure folks. I just wouldn't say anything directly to the model. As someone who looked ridiculously young at 18 (not sure if I should be disappointed I started aging once i hit my twenties), it was kind of annoying and discouraging to always explain to people that I was 18. Some people look younger, and it's just the way it is. I remember about a year ago, I don't see her on anymore, there was an extremely popular MFC lady who whenever I looked at her I swore she was like 12 ... but really she was in her 20's.

Errr... Yes. And I find it bothersome, even in cases where I know the model is of legal age. But it is out of your hands. I doubt you are in a position to verify age.

If a model is advertising as underage, then do what you have to do. Otherwise, I suggest that when you find something that unsettles you, just hide and ignore that shit and try not to wonder about it too much. Not a whole lot else you can do.

And as others have said, "looks" are deceptive sometimes. Years and years ago, my sister's classmate came in third in a modeling competition for a national teen magazine. I met the girl (she was 13), and my eyes told me I was looking at a smoking hottie in her mid 20's. She made me all awkward and tongue-tied. That kind of beautiful.

Then around 15 years ago, I ran across pictures of a girl who looked like she hadn't even hit puberty yet. Scared the hell out of me. Definitely looked under-age. Turns out she was a mid-20's college student, and her mother was the one running the website she sold her shit from.

You really can't tell how old someone is on a camsite. I get told I can't be older than 16 even though I'm pretty sure it's obvious I'm mid-20s. If every dude who thought I looked 16 had the right to report me, I'm sure my life would be fucking hell, having to submit new proof of age documents all the time. :O

Jilly every guy DOES have the right to report you, most probably don't because the guys who say that are usually the ones who want you to be young, or think it's a compliment/good opening line/etc. I would guess most of them don't *really* believe models are underage, but if they do I guess they don't care?

If you (general you) genuinely believe there's a child on cam, I absolutely think you should email support.

If you are just squicked out because she looks too young for you, then I'd leave her room and hang out somewhere else.

My point isn't "report everyone with a baby face", it's that if you do believe she's underage then you should probably take action about it, if not then who cares?

You should never worry that MFC or any other reputable cam site has anyone under eighteen years old working for them. Models are required to provide government issued ID (sometimes two forms) and other verification (SSN, etc.) long before they begin broadcasting. Scroll down to the bottom of any cam site (or porn site for that matter) and you will see a little link that says "Complies with 2257". Ever wonder what that means? It's a records keeping law that they are required to follow in regards to models proving they are of age.

Just for an example, I'm 23 years old and people still think I look underage. What am I really supposed to do about it? If it makes you uncomfortable, just watch someone else.

It's good to know that the idea of underage models on MFC concerns you, but I'm sure you have nothing to worry about since MFC requires photo ID and documentation from all models who sign up. They are legit, and wouldn't tolerate any underage girls on their site.

I remember there was a Law and Order SVU episode about this woman who had Turner's Syndrome (she wasn't reaching puberty on schedule, and she looked several years younger than her actual age), and when she was out in public with her boyfriend, Detective Dani Beck (who happened to be right there) went off on the guy. Lol. Detective Elliot Stabler told Detective Beck "No, it's fine. She's actually a __-year old woman."

I'm always being told that I look much younger than 32, and I remember several years ago...when some guy was talking to me, and one of his friends nearby started coughing "Jailbait!" I told him I'm a __-year old woman, but he kept coughing "Jailbait!" He was getting on my fucking nerves, because I don't lie about my age and don't feel the need to.

I agree with Gen. Yes, the others on here are right; MFC does require proof of identification before even allowing access to broadcast. However, occasionally someone other than the model logs onto her account. Usually it's a boyfriend (see the Men on Cam thread), but there have been times when a minor has opened the software and gotten on cam. It's EXTREMELY rare. But if you do see someone that you LEGITIMATELY think is underage, send an email to support. All it would take is one sicko making their kid cam from an account the adult set up to see this whole business unravel. PLEASE do email them if you genuinely believe there's a child on cam. The same goes with someone who is injuring herself/animals/others (and no, spanks don't count).

It is worth noting that fake IDs aren't too hard to obtain. I had a self made one when I was 18 that worked all but one time. Reddit appears to have a thriving business in fake ids. Now maybe MFC/SM etc. are more diligent and careful about checking IDs than they are the rest of their business, but I have some doubts.

Word. I had a fake ID and was bar-hopping before I was of legal age. It's super easy to get a passable fake ID. I don't fault MFC/SM/etc if people are using fakes but I still don't think just sending a scan of an ID means that no underage models ever get through. On a few sites I know they ask for you to send a copy of the ID as well as a photo of you holding it, I can't remember if MFC and SM do that, but certainly they aren't foolproof. Obviously it's a fair assumption that the vast majority of models are of age, but just like me sneaking into the bar, I think it's naive to say that just because there's verification that there is no risk.

Also just to add about the SSN, for Canadian and other international models, we don't have to provide that because we don't have it, so that's one less verification.

I just checked, for me it was literally just a photo of the front of my ID. There's an option for back of ID and a photo of me holding it, but it wasn't required. Maybe they use that if it's questionable, I don't know. But tax forms and SSN don't apply to international girls. The application is just "tell us about yourself, upload some photos". So for Canadians, it really is as simple as an ID photo. But maybe they are more thorough for younger models or models from studios or certain countries.

While this may be true for U.S. models, it's not for the rest of us. I'm Canadian and when I signed up for MFC back in 2012 I only had to provide a scanned photo ID and fill out my model agreement and "sign it" (which was just typing my name).

Only models living in the U.S. have to fill out tax forms and provide their SSN (because that's an American thing). This is why U.S. models receive tax forms and the rest of us have to figure out our tax info on our own.

That being said I agree that this is probably rare, but it could still happen.

I agree for security reasons and such, but getting in trouble with legal stuff will bite you in the end. Since MFC can't really pay you under the table; you're pretty much gonna get in trouble with the IRS if you don't.

Why would I apply as a US citizen? Probably because I am a US citizen. No one likes paying taxes, but guess what? It's the law. I know of a lot of foreign girls who don't pay any taxes on their income and yeah, it makes me quite jealous. I would love to keep that extra 20% of my income that goes to taxes, but it's a little too late to do anything about it now. I've been camming for over 4 years. I'm pretty sure MFC and the IRS would know something is up if I suddenly start using a VPN and claiming I'm not a U.S. citizen. Also, my payments (direct deposits or checks) would be a little difficult to get to me since they both involve coming to America as well. Let's face it, it sucks but it is kind of a necessary evil.

Also, how in the world would a minor set up and get away with receiving payments? Anyone under 18 in America can't have their own bank account; it has to be shared with a parent or guardian. Perhaps you are right it maybe a bit much for the average 16 or 17 year old girl to figure out by herself. Although the things like Payoneer, and now possibly Paypal make payment much easier. I'd say it is entirely possible for a 16 or 17 year old girl working for a studio to do so. While many things can be verified, I'm not convinced the MFC actually does anything beyond the bare minimum required by law.

My larger point is that since 70+% of the models on MFC aren't US citizens, and as Nicole and Gen have shown it is very easy for an underage model outside of the US to sign up with nothing more than a fake or photoshopped ID.

So if you have good reason to suspect a model is under 18 than it really can't hurt to contact MFC support.

I disagree with this statement. While it is TECHNICALLY just MFC's problem, I do think it's something you should be worried about. Anyone who would willingly jack it to a girl that he believes is underage is a pedophile. Like JustJoinedtoPost said, when he found out that a sexy girl he was drooling over was 13, he felt awkward. He didn't attempt to see her naked. He didn't pay her to see her masturbate. He simply went on with life and found other venues for his attention. So yes, I do think it's something you should be worried about. Regardless, if you actually think she's a minor, just report the girl and move on.

This is not true at all. A pedophile is someone who is attracted to prepubescent children (13 or younger), it has nothing to do with the age of consent (18). Someone who is attracted to a person who is younger than 18, but past puberty is perfectly normal. The only reason age of consent even exists is because people who are younger are generally not able to understand or deal with the consequences of having sex or doing sex work. It's a completely arbitrary age, and is actually lower in some other countries. A person doesn't suddenly become attractive the minute they turn 18 just because the law says you can legally have sex with them.
