Unusual Display of Usernames

What causes usernames to be displayed like the 2 examples below?
I haven't seen this before yesterday, but then it's been happening in more than one room yesterday and today.
The username shows up normally against the tip in the chat, but the notifier of the vibe intensity and duration looks like this:

I’ll bet that’s the encrypted user ID rather than the ‘username’. Looks like something’s messing up.

Do you know if those tips came from SC members? I’m wondering if it’s a splitcamming situation where a tip came from a different page, Lovense reacted to it but SC doesn’t know how to display the member name… maybe?

I haven't seen this occur with the model I knight but she's only on SC.

The ones I have seen have come from SC member tips. Including one of my own

Yes they were Stripchat members. I looked a few profiles to see if there was anything about them that might explain the issue, but couldn't see any connections (like Ultimate, Knights, Fan Club member etc)

They’re both the same length in characters - they’ll be the encrypted version of the username that’s in the SC database. For whatever reason the front-end isn’t pulling through the decrypted version.

Must be a bug.
