Unfair suspension

Hi there.

I have been streaming on Stripchat for more than 2 years and got suspended for 7 days for promoting another site last night.
This can not be further from the truth. I would NEVER promote a competing site on Stripchat.
I don't even mention my own website out of fear of being banned.
I studied and strictly adhere to the rules set out by the site because it is my livelihood at stake.

Please, could someone out there help me correct this problem as I am innocent in this matter and my income depends on it.

I swear I did NOT promote any other sites and Stripchat might perhaps have me confused with another model.

Hi Charlie. I actually found out what went wrong. At a cesrtain point in my stream, my OBS and Chrome browser started bombing out and wouldn't allow me to disconnect. During this confusion of trying to end the stream in OBS, it didn't and during that time I mentioned a competing site, not knowing that my broadcast was still live. I own the mistake and will make sure that I don't make the same mistake again. A suspention is much better than a ban. Thank you so very musch for reaching out to me. I do appreciate your kindness deeply.
