I emailed about these models to legal@myfreecamsmail.com, got no answer after a month. It seems to me, that mfc dont check studio girls identity as mfc proudly declares it http://wiki.myfreecams.com/wiki/Online_Safety_and_Age_Verification

And more.. All models know that, its not easy to make new accaount at mfc. Same time, studios can make as many accounts for the same girl, as they want. I know a model, who has 13 different accounts, and she started when she was under 18 years.

I'd say it is your word against the team of lawyers MFC etc has to dispute what you are saying, they clearly state they check on such things and it is in their best interest to do so, and that is all I have to say on the subject honestly, I believe they check.....I almost gave this a poop rating but I am going to give it the benefit of the doubt that you are sincere, until, if and when I see otherwise.

We've all seen studios keep accounts open and give them to a model who isn't the same girl. Maybe MFC doesn't notice when that happens? That's the only way I can see a risk of underage girls ending up on MFC, and I think that was part of the reason they got rid of the Asian page. So, they do take it seriously. They're not going to contact you to tell you that you were right about the identification of anyone though. If you know for sure that someone is underage or using an account that does not belong to them, alert MFC. If you see a child on camera, you can report it as child exploitation online.

Right. Right. I just meant that moving on or reporting actual exploitation were the only valid next steps. He seems to think that MFC is going to share the personal business of the model (or victim if she's underage), and either way, that person is entitled to privacy in the situation.

I only want from mfc they they follow their own rules. The girls are victims, studio managers are criminals. This studio is in Ukraine... we all know that ukraine corrupted and studios controlled by local police. So i think its no help to contactct local authorities. And all these accounsts are new, not reused.

Nothing would surprise me in this day and age, however that is a pretty big assumption to make, & pretty broad, You are including all local police/authorities in that statement. I have no way of knowing if this statement is true. Just speaking for myself.

What are you wanting in posting this? Is there something that you think we can do? If you know something for a fact then you should be reporting those MFC accounts to other places, not MFC. If MFC checked and found their records are either clear or not clear, either way that isn't information they can or should relay back to you. As camgirls we often see illegal video descriptions or underage people, and we report them. I have never once been notified of what happened whether I reported to the site itself or to an online child services unit. That's just not really how tip offs work. I think it's great that you care but why on Earth would MFC risk not checking the age of studio girls who I feel safe assuming make up a tiny percent of their income. Let's say MFC is a horrible corrupt company that just doesn't care. I bet they care about their money and they would be risking all of it by not doing age verification. If the studio is faking age verification or getting around this somehow then that's on the studio, not MFC. Websites have to keep our records but we are responsible for those records being accurate. I just think it's pretty silly to think MFC isn't doing it's part. It really would be horrible if this is true but you're just never going to have a way of knowing exactly what is going on, if you have your suspicions no one really owes you proof that your suspicions are incorrect. In fact, they wouldn't even have a way to legally reassure you.

You cannot know this and you're either very arrogant or very naive if you think you do. You do not know and will never know what MFC has on file for these girls. I'm part of a studio, granted a USA based one, but the signup process is still the same with every single website I work on under that studio and that includes age verification.

Do a google search "report internet child pornography" and report the model's profile link, not MFC.

I'm not particularly disputing what you're saying about the studios or the fact that some underage girls may or may not be on mfc, I'm not even disputing the fact that the local authorities may or may or may not be in on it. But... if you know these girls personally, and you know they are under age... what's stopping you from going to their family?

Meh pointless post sign up process is the same regardless of signing up independently or with a studio. You still need to upload your id. If they have somehow managed to fool MFC then I'm sure MFC will take the appropriate legal action to deal with it, and probably won't tell you about it. And why would they. You say you know the girls personally I would be interested to know in what context and if there is the possibility they actually lied to you about their age. And really what good is it to post here. If your that concerned and not just a pissed off reg or whatever, then look up the info your self, why should any of us do that for you? Clearly your not that fussed or you would have done this already.

This used to also be fairly common in some of the garage studios of Bucharest many years ago. Some guy and his wife would set up the studio account and then filter in "legal" girls and not close the accounts after they departed. That this could possibly happen in Ukraine or the 'stans' isn't surprising. There seems to be a " new crop" of girls from there as well lately and many do seem quite young.
What I wonder is why you haven't hit every contact for mfc on this with details and proof, if you have any, not just "legal". Even then, all mfc can do is ask for age verification on a particular girl again and if its faked then they did their due diligence.

Major derail, but my late husband and his dad worked security at DragonCon when she was there for an event, and they had to keep throwing away materials people had brought in for her to sign because, well, they're technically child porn.
