Unblock user and they still can’t see me

So I accidentally blocked one of my mod’s, I unblocked them and although they no longer show up in my list of banned members. They still can not find me, I no longer show up in their list of followed and can not even see me if they search me. Is there a period of time that has to pass before they can see me again or should this be immediately? Thanks

It should be immediate. Has the mode tried typing the username in the Web address bar or clicking a direct link to your page?

Please provide your username or ticket number so that I may pass it along to Support.

It should be immediate. Has the mode tried typing the username in the Web address bar or clicking a direct link to your page?

That’s what it was, he had to locate me some how and re follow me, thank you

This has happened to me as a user. Model friend blocked me after we had a bit of a "tiff". She's subsequently unblocked me but I still can't see her or search for her. I can send her personal messages though, which I couldn't do before. I guess I'm not sure what the suggested solution is here. I located her offline page and un-favourited and re-favourited her but to no avail.
