Hi ladiez, so I apologize if this is a thread already, but I couldn't find one so this might be the first!
I'm wondering if anyone knows if I can have two Streamate accounts at the same time?
I currently have a couples account with my boyfriend, but I'm on it way more often solo than with him, & I'm constantly getting "where's the bf" questions & a) I feel bad because he's almost never on b) I feel bad taking up space on the page where other people could be c) I think the lack of boyfriend is costing me traffic

so my question is, will Streamate terminate my couples account, or not let me get a new account altogether? I've heard of this happening, but under different circumstances, so I'm just not sure. I've looked everywhere for answers & just can't find anything solid, so if anyone knows I would greeaaattttlllyyy appreciate it!

You should be able to have both, but I believe you'll have to mail them in order to open one.

Do you mean I'll have to email them & let them know my situation, or actually snail mail them my info?

I mean go in and contact them through the support email.

I'm just now getting active on ACF, but I wanted to answer just in case this question applies to anyone else (... or if the OP still needed help a year later! ;))

You may have separate solo, couples, and even group accounts on SM. You'll simply need to complete registration for each one, and anyone who is appearing on cam for each respective profile will need to upload the required photo ID docs/submit individual e-signatures. You cannot, however, have duplicate types of accounts on SM (ex: 2 solo accounts or 2 couples accounts).

For those who have solo accounts, but want to perform occasional couples shows with a guest, simply make a request to SM Model Support to 'add a performer' to your account: they can enable an option which will temporarily appear on your account dashboard. You'll simply upload your guest performer's photo ID and add his/her electronic signature under the Streamate Performer Agreement. Once submitted, it will remain pending until Support approves it. You're only cleared to do couple's shows with your registered guest from your solo account after Support has approved your guest's docs.
