Two problems

So I had a profile on stripchat earlier this year as male, and decided to suspend that a few months ago and am now trying to start a new profile as trans (actually I'm a Crossdresser).
1. I created a paid folder with explicit photos of myself. That folder got created, but somehow a second free folder got created at the same time, with the same naked photos. I'm trying to delete that free folder. I click the edit button, and there is no box on the free folder to delete. And no way to delete individual photos. I tried on my phone and PC. See the screenshot. Additionally when I go on my profile on a different browser and different account the paid folder is not there, see other screenshot And there is no way to remove individual photos from the gallery.
I sent an email to customer support and they replied with a canned message. I sent a follow-up email and got no response.

2. My profile says "online 7 days ago". I, in fact, did not yet start camming on Alice_Love_69 account. And since there's, I think, a two week promo period, that would cut into that. Can that be fixed?

1. To delete the free photo album, go to your profile from your PC. Right under your username, you will see it says Profile Videos Photos Feed. Click on Photos. Then click on the Edit button (right hand side of page). Then click on all the pics in your free album that you want deleted, and then click Remove.

2. Your profile just says this since you created the account 7 days ago. Your new 2 week promo will begin once you cam for the first time.
