Two banned accounts with tokens in Chaturbate

Hello Shirley or who ever could help me.
More than a 6 months ago i had troubles with my internet provider. I think that because of that i have 2 accounts banned from chaturbate with 2500+ tokens each. Today i checked them of course they are still banned but the tokens are still there. Is it possible the tokens from those accounts to be transferred into a new one.
