For several months now I've felt as though I've hit a wall in my SW career selling clips, custom clips, other services, etc. Admittedly, I enjoyed filming too much and stuck with it telling myself I would only start caming regularly if I felt I hit a wall with selling content. But then I see all the models who are doing so well selling content on ManyVids and I can't help but feel like I'm lacking something that's keeping me from further success in selling digital content and services. I've tried to figure it out by examining a bunch of model's ManyVids pages and I can't seem to find any common theme.
I'm making this thread for models to each post something that they feel helps them increase their sales and following when they hit a stump or a slow spell and I want to post some of my own to keep it a give and take place of advice!
1) Updating my profile photos regularly (those that have skipped me in the past might click me not realizing I'm that same old face)
2) Uploading a video or two of content that I know does generally really well on my page to bring back old fans of mine
3) Spending time uploading all of my new clips to all of my top clip sites (any clip sites that I regularly make sales on)
4) Putting my content on sale and advertising my sale on Twitter
5) Getting creative and coming up with new store item ideas, a new contest, give away, etc (creating something new that might appeal to buyers and advertising it on my platforms)
Those are 5 tips I like to use to try and boost sales when I feel "stuck" or "slow." What's something you guys have tried that has worked recently or in the past?
