Too many attempts, please wait

I have had this message for weeks now and cannot use my debit card. One night my computer was on the fritz when purchasing tokens and got this message and figured it would go away after a couple of days. I used this card many times without any issues. I have written support several times with no response, so hoping someone here can assist me in resolving this issue.

bumping this...it still hasn't been resolved.

This still hasn't been resolved. My card works fine for all my other purchases. I have sent multiple emails to support and still no response. My ticket number is 18766327. It's been over a month and I still see the 'too many attempts, please wait' notice. I've been waiting for over a month since receiving that notice.

I have spoken to someone at the payment processing company Epoch.

They told me that the bank is declining the payment for the purchase of tokens - and may not be due to lack of funds.

They offered to escalate it in their company which means giving them the name of your bank and a contact number for them, so they can call them directly and ask why they are withholding the payment. I said I know why the payment didn't go through, so I didn't require them to do so. The issue (which I haven't had on any other site btw) is that I am not allowed to try again.

They promptly ended the conversation.
