To go away from a studio

Sorry me for making a new topic about this question. I m new in web cam business (3 months), and i dont know, how it all works there with going away from studio, at all.
I m working on MFC, Chaturbate and Stripchat. I didnt see any contracts, although my boss said i m not allowed to work on MFC anymore, never. He also said that he ll try to find me, if i ll ever work in webcam (any site, he registered me everywhere) after going away, and he ll do everything what is possible to ban me.
Many of members said me to go way and not be afrad. But i dont know, what should i expect.
He pays me only 20 percents, and i really cant work for so a lot of hours, cause of my health. I m not very popular model, so, i receive small amount of money, very small (to eat, drink and smoke, for sure). He also get my money every period cause of different reasons and is very rude.
I have a plan to save money, rent a flat and buy all what is needed. But, yes, i dont know what to expect)
I can change my surname (guess, it will not help), i ve also heard about VPN.
What can u say to all this?

Did you sign a contract with this studio and what were the terms of the contract? He could get you in trouble in your country of origin for breaking it.
If you are worried about getting banned on other camsites just know that if you leave the studio and start working on MFC as an independent model there is nothing he can do to get you banned if you don't break any rules. So don't break them.
You can also geoblock Russia and he won't see you unless he uses a VPN.

I have walked more than a few girls away from ... less that 'fair or honest' studios. They all will threaten you simply because you make them money and they don't want to lose that. Many in Romania will make the girl sign a work contract. That is the only hold they have. Many times its not worth the paper its printed on legally, especially if the studio isn't legal itself. I would suggest that if you signed any sort of work document to read it thoroughly. Note any sites it mentions. You of course will need a new nic as your old one does belong to the studio. Also, dont be so open with the studio boss. Don't tell him you are going to cam independently. What you do for a job is no ones business. good luck

I don't have anything to add to what people have posted about your situation, but i really wanted to post and say this is so infuriating to read. I'm so sorry this is happening to you. It's not ok, and I hope you find the support and resources you need to get the hell out of what sounds like a very abusive situation. I'm furious this kind of thing happens..

You must wait for the studio contract to expire usually, and you wont be able to take the name with you.... if you are unsure on how long this lasts, you will have to estimate it (it is usually about 3 months from when you leave for most studios). If you haven't signed anything, then there is no contract.

My suggestion, write down your favourite members, ask another studio about your options, and quit this studio as soon as you can. If you want to go solo you may have to wait, perhaps the cam sites know how long your contract (if you have one) runs for?

btw OP ...who are you really, your ACF stats are very confusing. (e.g. 3500+ messages posted)

If you didn't sign anything with the studio he has nothing on you. It is even possible that you could use the same name since you didnt sign anything giving him rights to your cam persona. Either way make up a new one just to be safe, create a new account on any site you want and cam away.
