WOW... I'm gonna invite this guy to my next party...lol ... amazing control...

That's pretty amazing. I wounder if he has ever broken any wrist, or other lower arm bones? Some of those moves he's doing, with all his weight on one arm, have to be high fracture % on fail.

There's a chance we may get a direct answer to that question. I'm pretty sure that is Jupiter551 from this very forum. ~ LOL.

spika - nice find...thanks for posting that vid... what puzzles me about this guy is how he manages to land and balance his bike so precisely... it's like he has a sixth sense about where he is in space at all times....WOW

While watching this guy I couldn't help but think, bet he's never been caught by a husband/boyfriend returning home early.

I love this thread... that is so FANTASTIC camstory... definitely a career as a second story man waiting for that guy...lol...we are getting some world class entertainment thanks to the awesome community members and YouTube...

Here are two that are quite amazing:

As a passage into manhood natives jump from tall wooden platforms with vines tied to their ankles to test their courage. This type of jump inspired the modern day bungee jump.

This clip is something you would expect to see in a hollywood action film. A man skydives from one airplane into another plane.

WOW

Sevrin: Those time lapse videos are so surrealistic in some parts I had to look closely because it seemed like they were done in some 3D program instead of being shot in the wild... thanks for posting these...

What fullscreen video & HD were made for. Other than watching cam models, of course.

Things so beautiful as these stir me to the depths of my emotions. So sad that we have so little time to experience them. So happy that we get to experience them at all. And I question my existence spending so much time here behind this screen.

This view from space video really blew my mind this morning... isn't it interesting how you can get a totally different view of reality just by changing your perspective?

In the big picture, this is really what the planet is all about folks... big thanks to NASA for reminding us...

Really silly post, because she made me go WOW, but can't really show anyone that now can I. Just such a wow factor had to post it, you know how that is. Can you say smitten?

BEHOLD! SCIENCE!!

We're a little bit off hoverboards, but its always a step closer:

This is just so WOW, really in a category by its self. Controlling a rocket that has momentum is hard enough, but making a rocket hover, Fuckin WOW!!!

The best part - this will be tested in a large scale next week (theoretically on the 16th if the launch isn't delayed): as part of the next resupply mission to the ISS using the falcon 9, they will try to land the returning first stage rocket on a floating landing pad on the middle of the ocean.

That's seriously wow, but they should google before naming ships stuff like "Ponce".

The slang usage must be a UK thing, at least I've never heard it used in a derogatory way in the states.

Ponce is the only ship of the United States Navy that is named for Ponce in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, which in turn was named after the Spanish explorer Juan Ponce de León, the first governor of Puerto Rico and European discoverer of Florida.

I just hope there isn't a U.S.S.Wankers Corner, named after a town in Oregon.
