While I think you took my statement out of context (you snipped all kinds of supporting statements after what you quoted) I do agreed, there are times where new models, models of various ethnic or other demographics get singled out and harassed. No denial there. While I can't speak from a model's perspective, I am speaking in a broader sense and from experience in a vanilla context as a bully is a bully regardless of if it's on a cam site, social media or in person.
This is not about victim blaming, nor is it about special circumstances. I am speaking very generically. There are multiple reasons why bullies pick on someone: skin colour, religion, lifestyles, looks, speech or physical impediments, being emotional, and countless other things. It could even be as small of a thing as using a green pencil instead of yellow. Regardless of the reason, bullies do this to get a certain level of control by making their target feel bad and react in some way which then elevates the bully (in their own eyes).
While someone cannot control when/if/how a bully will decide to initiate a personal attack. What they can control is how they react to it. The more animated the response, the more a bully will continue to do it and push. Time and time again. If one either doesn't give a response by ignoring it, or by giving a response that pretty much flattens and negates it then the bully usually moves on. But, in many cases they do try a couple of times to see if they can get a response.
This is what I was referring to by what are the models doing when they encounter these kinds of visitors. Are they ignoring it? Are they deescalating and nullifying them? Shit talking or giving some kind of very animated/emotional response. Again, the bigger the response, the more the bullies push and they will come back and do it over and over again. The only way out of this endless cycle is to completely avoid it, or stand up to the by showing they have no power over you.
Anyway, I'm done.
