They banned me without justification. Please help me

I had had my account for 6 years, and they asked me to update my information, when I sent my passport they banned me without justification. I have been sending emails to chaturbate for months but they don't give me any tickets or response and they banned my account with 10,000 tokens. I would like you to help me recover my account because I had had it for many years, it is my job and I really like the chaturbate platform. Girl they took my 18522 tks they just dont care and ban everybody no reason , thry dont care 6 or 10 years u worked they just act wierd!! Haha

Well.. They just returned my account with all the tokens. Thanks to @punker barbie Thanks for helping. I already have my account again with all my coins
