So I emailed support yesterday asking why I was banned and they told me its because my face 'looks too young' even though my ID was approved and they know im legal. Im really confused?
I emailed them again asking for them so reconsider this ban and I hope they email me back soon...

They do this. All. The. Time. Basically, someone reported you as "looking too young", and they ban without checking anything.

If you get reverified, you'll probably be banned for the same reason again. And again. And again.

Chaturbate has a very broad interpretation of the laws against "portraying an underage person" in the context of pornography. There is no question that it is illegal to do that in the US, but it seems most producers/networks interpret this exclusively to mean instances of a performer/character claiming to be underage. Some go the next step to warn or ban anyone acting/dressing/styling in a way that would be associated with being underage (pigtails, lollipops, schoolgirl outfits, etc). Chaturbate is unusual in that they seem to feel that a 24 year old dressing, styling, and acting like a 24 year old can be considered to be portraying an underage person if their facial structure and complexion are unusually youthful.

They're also remarkably inconsistent in enforcement, with blatant ageplay accounts being allowed to broadcast for months sometimes and no age checks at all for "exhibitionists".

If you want to keep trying with Chaturbate, your best odds may be wearing way more makeup than you usually do, and aiming for a look that seems "sophisticated" rather than "youthful". Otherwise, there are plenty of other sites out there that are more about warning, communicating, and achieving compliance rather than ban and ignore.

Would CB admin mods close down a models cam in the middle of a pvt show if she was doing nothing wrong and there is no doubt she is of legal age?
10 minutes later after an email to support saying nothing had been done against the rules the cam was back on.
This model has a habit of booting and silencing lots of visitors for not chating or tipping, can they complain legitimately to CB and effectively get a room closed down since they have not really done anything wrong?
I assume CB can review footage from models rooms to verify when an offence has occurred?

Models are allowed to kick or silence whoever they want. Some models overdo it, yes, but that's their prerogative. Sometimes it works for them, sometimes it doesn't. It sounds weird, but there's a certain type of member who enjoys more "bitchy" models who behave that way.

Yes Saffron lol, maybe I'm more of a submissive than I thought I was...thankfully I don't get that treatment from her.
I do think it's a little unfair, no one should feel obligated to talk or tip if they don't want to.

True, but they are not entitled to watch if she decides not to let them.

I probably didnt explain it well enough, I'm her mod so I see what the traffic is like in and out of the room, i often see non greys come in look and leave in a few second, then when they leave they get removed and silenced...your right though its her room and she is in titled to do it...not such good an idea if they have left to get more token for a pvt show.
