I dug this thread...though I may have skipped over some of the daily progress reports from this past summer.

I've been on Chaturbate for a month and a half. I cammed in December off and on, and am trying to be more consistent starting this month! 2018! Go! I make it a point to be friendly and sociable to everyone who comes into my room. My good days right now look like 200-300 token days (2 hours in the middle of the day (EST) is the only time I can go on :/ ). I've been switching around my apps, using cumulative tipping, and roll the dice.

I'm still really unsure about showing my face on the cam...but I think it would help a lot. Anyone who knows me personally or professionally would be shocked to learn I was camming, and while I'm not ashamed of it at all, I am nervous about anyone I know in real life knowing what I do on Chaturbate.

I don't know if I'm necessarily looking for any advice or have any questions, but since this is the Cam Guy Thread, I thought I'd chime in. Thanks!

Do you style, cam as you want, respect your limit, there is fan for every kind of performer. I don't know if it's only me but it's a bit slow those days so don't worry, 200-300 a night for 1 hours it's normal and i will say it's good for the period (maybe holiday credit card bills i dont know). You are new, broadcast as much as you can and always the same schedule your followers will grow up and in some week/month will be better, you will have regular and come back every week for spoil you . Never give up, be youtself.

Yeah. My partner has said the same thing to me...today I tried out teasing my face...but yes. it can be really uncomfortable trying to make sure my face isn't showing. And I know my favorite models all show their faces. Maybe I'll try next time.

I'm curious to know if getting a tipping toy is worth the money. I was considering getting a hush because I heard lush is not anal safe but not sure I want to drop the 100$ bucks. Any idea of its worth the money?

Ohhh dude, absolutely. I got the Hush a while ago (maybe two months?) and it's still bringing in more tips than I ever got without. I've had $1,000 days because of the thing! There are a lot of guys on CB that are huge Lovense fans - they'll drop 100 tokens over and over, sometimes 1,000 tokens. You can set all your Hush levels to different tipping ranges and it'll auto-post in your room.

I don't know much about the Lush - when I looked it up, I thought it was a female toy, but I've seen guys use it before. Either way, it looks pretty silly. I'd definitely go with the Hush. It's worth the money and can easily pay for itself in a single broadcast.

The Hush comes in two sizes. I got the smaller size - I don't have any qualms with anal-play, but I'm not exactly *physically* accustomed to it, so smaller size it is. I've had a few viewers ask what size Hush I have, but I've never received a single negative comment about having the smaller one. That is, I don't think the size makes a difference to your viewers.

The Hush feels totally comfortable on all settings for me. The only part I don't particularly enjoy is putting it in - it's slightly uncomfortable, so make sure you use tons of lube. And for obvious reasons, be careful if you decide to remove it on-cam. Not to get into TMI here, but you never know what it's going to look like coming out, and sites like Chaturbate can ban you for showing any 'bathroom'-related stuff.

I recommend you do this: When you get the Hush, make an event out of it. If you use social media like Twitter, get your followers excited about your new toy 'debut'. I'd do a debut show, let everyone know it's your first time ever using something like this on-cam, etc. It gets a lot of guys really excited (it's kind of like having 'New' status all over again).

Try different poses with the Hush and see what is popular with your viewers. I usually have a few different poses I do and I change them up whenever tips die out - this seems to get them going again.

The only thing I don't like about Lovense toys is the software - it's notoriously glitchy. Not always, but every now and again it acts up. You have to use the Lovense browser (their site has step-by-step setup instructions) to connect it to your room/tippers. The toy likes to disconnect on its own sometimes, but if someone tips while the connection is lost, the tips aren't gone, just cued...so you don't have to worry about viewers feeling cheated or anything like that. Once the connection is re-established, the cued tips start up again.

tl;dr Totally worth it IMO. The Hush pays for itself many times over. It can take your earnings to a totally new level.

Any other guys on here that use the Lovense toys? What do y'all think?

Haha, yeah this is always a tricky one. Like Hereiam said, notifier and having it in your Bio are musts. I agree that you don't want to talk about it constantly and look like you're begging - just like tipping solicitation, I'd leave wishlist advertising to your mod. You can have a mod announce that you have a new wishlist, inviting viewers to show their 'appreciation' and check out the cool stuff you have on there.

I like to put a lot of stuff on my list that benefits viewers (everything from jockstraps to camera stuff). Whenever a viewer asks if I have a certain toy or type of clothing, I tell them they can send me an Amazon link and I'll put it on my wishlist for them. And bam, I've mentioned my wishlist aloud without even pushing it.

Little late into my reply but, a Lush or a Hush device are defiantly a great investment to have! Some of my best paid shows have been from wearing that toy, people go crazy over just seeing it. It's also useful as just to have as a goal for tippers to work up to "500tk's I wear my Lush".
I ended up getting a lush because the hush seemed more intimidating to me. Now after having the Lush I wish I would of gone with the Hush instead. Before I bought the device on Amazon it had 3 stars & lots of complaints about it stop working super soon (3 months time). And sure enough my first device died after 3 months. Lovense, the company that makes the Lush is a total bitch to work with in getting the product replaced I ended up just giving up after a couple back and forth messages. I got lucky and a tipper ordered a new one from my wishlist.
I think my base I've made is used to seeing me use the Lush and I like the look of it so, I'm not sure If I will switch just yet but, If I did it again I think I'd get a Hush.

I'm not sure if you're new or not but, If you don't have a couple regulars, AND don't have the "New" tag on your cam anymore. I'd wait a bit before investing in a toy just to see how you feel about camming. No doubt it will increase your tips a lot

I once went an entire show ( maybe 2hrs) with my settings just targeting Women, Trans, Couples by mistake. I literally got 7 users tops, I was so confused and salty why I couldn't get any viewers. I'm positive those "Women" that came in my room where probably men themselves haha

Personally, I use a sticky button to the side of my cam, a link in my bio, rotating notifier, and I also do mention it on cam every so often. My most successful wishlist buys have been from regulars and people who bought pvt shows, items that help the show quality (webcam, mic, clothes), and items that appeal personally to people's fetishes or hobbies (socks, shoes, video games). In my wishlist, I also write a small blurb about each item and why I want it.

It was couple show, but we don't even fuck or suck) In public was only flash, in crazy jerk-off. Our account was banned for look to young. So with this type of show we earn 0 on other sites =( Traffic on CB is awesome
