I went to her room for 15 minutes or so yesterday. It was a mad house. I am curious as to why she signed up at MFC. I may be wrong but I don't think she will become a regular fixture on MFC. Unless she has some type of deal with MFC, I doubt that she will be here next week.

It says in her profile "I am working on a documentary about my transition in life..." and I think camming, and her being on MFC, is part of that narrative for the documentary. I don't think she's in it for the long term.
Ladies, Jeanna Jameson being on MFC is good for you all. Why? Traffic. You can't compete with Jenna Jameson's USP. People will go to her room because she is one of the world's most famous porn stars, as evidenced yesterday. She is box office. You're not in direct competition with her. Have faith in your own brand / USP, as people will click away from her room. :thumbleft:
Sorry for the business/ marketing speak.
This is true if and only if she and MFC promote her appearance. I just started following her twitter feed and she tweeted nothing about trying out being a camgirl. Now if she mentioned her appearance on other social media I don't know. But yes if her 550,000 twitter followers were encouraged to come talk with her on MFC, then some percentage would buy tokens and a smaller percentage of those guys would stick around and spend tokens on other models.
The same thing would be true if MFC did some promotion around her appearance, it would draw in new customers some of whom would stick around and tip.
However, in the absence of marketing, she does more harm than good for existing cam models. While there maybe a few guys who, say I'm going to buy tokens especially Jenna, I suspect for the typical guy who buys 900 tokens twice a month or so, he is just going to spend them on Jenna and his favorite models rather than tip a new model.
